Your information and employer introductions
Your public profile and an employer introduction serve different purposes. Profile visibility is controlled through your profile settings. When you apply or MWM considers introducing you to an employer, review the information in your profile and application so it accurately represents you.

This Candidate Agreement ("Agreement") applies to all candidates, members, or users who create a profile, submit information, apply to opportunities, use tools, or otherwise participate in the Modern Working Moms LLC platform ("Modern Working Moms," "MWM," "we," "our," or "us").
By creating an account, submitting your profile, using our platform, or applying to roles through Modern Working Moms, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. Accurate Information
You agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information in your profile, resume, application materials, work history, skills, certifications, availability, rate expectations, and all other content submitted through the platform.
You understand that inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information may affect your visibility, matching, employer consideration, or continued use of the platform.
2. Candidate Responsibility
You are solely responsible for reviewing your profile, application materials, messages, AI-generated content, and job details before submitting, sharing, or relying on them.
You agree to use your own judgment when communicating with employers, applying to jobs, evaluating opportunities, and making employment-related decisions.
3. No Guaranteed Employment or Placement
Modern Working Moms LLC does not guarantee interviews, job offers, placement, compensation, work schedule, employer response, certification outcomes, or any other employment result.
All hiring decisions, interview decisions, job offers, pay decisions, and employment terms are made solely by third-party employers.
4. AI Tools and Generated Content
Certain features on the platform may use artificial intelligence or automated systems to assist with resumes, cover letters, interview preparation, career guidance, matching suggestions, and other content.
You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, or content that is not tailored to your specific situation. You agree to review, edit, verify, and independently evaluate all AI-generated outputs before using them or submitting them to employers.
Modern Working Moms LLC is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
5. Employer Interactions
Modern Working Moms may introduce candidates to employers or make job opportunities available through the platform. However, we do not control employer conduct, business practices, workplace conditions, hiring standards, compensation decisions, or employment terms.
You understand that any interview, job offer, rejection, communication, employment arrangement, dispute, or issue with an employer is solely between you and that employer.
6. External Resources and Third-Party Content
The platform may include or recommend third-party courses, certifications, resources, tools, websites, or services. These are provided for convenience and educational support only.
Modern Working Moms LLC does not control or guarantee the quality, safety, availability, legality, usefulness, or outcomes of any third-party content, service, course, certification, or resource.
7. Professional Conduct
You agree to use the platform professionally and respectfully. You agree not to: • submit false or misleading information • impersonate another person • misuse employer information • engage in abusive, unlawful, harassing, or inappropriate behavior • interfere with the operation of the platform
Modern Working Moms LLC reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access for misuse of the platform or violation of this Agreement.
8. Work Readiness and MWM Verification
A work readiness check records your work preferences and availability. Completing it, publishing a profile, or requesting a conversation does not grant MWM verification. You do not need to book a prescreen call to complete the readiness check. Application access remains subject to your membership.
MWM may invite you to a conversation to better understand your experience or fit for an opportunity. You may also request a conversation; a request is not a confirmed appointment. Verification is granted only through MWM’s review, based on the information available to us and our internal assessment process.
A prescreen, badge, or verification status does not guarantee employer interest, interviews, offers, or placement.
9. No Professional Advice
Content, coaching tools, AI features, interview guidance, resume suggestions, and career-related resources provided through the platform are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, medical, mental health, HR, or licensed professional career counseling advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Modern Working Moms LLC disclaims liability for any loss, damage, claim, cost, expense, employment outcome, employer interaction, compensation dispute, reliance on AI-generated content, or other issue arising out of or related to: • your use of the platform • your communication with employers • your reliance on resources, tools, or recommendations • employer actions or decisions • third-party content, resources, or services
11. Relationship to Other Policies
This Candidate Agreement is in addition to, and does not replace, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer. In the event of any conflict, Modern Working Moms may interpret these policies in a manner consistent with protecting the platform and its users.
