Yes. You can build your profile and browse jobs with Free. Applying, saving jobs, and tracking applications require an eligible active paid membership. Compare current options before choosing a plan.

Start with Profile Setup. Add your experience, work goals, availability, and skills. Use Save for later to keep a draft. Review your information before finishing and making your profile visible.

No. Add the experience and skills you have, including work before a career pause. You can return to your profile to add more detail.

Complete your profile and confirm your work preferences. Explore available roles and apply if your membership includes applications. MWM may contact you about a relevant opportunity or request a conversation. Joining does not guarantee an introduction, interview, or job.
