Employer Agreement

1. Employer Responsibilities
Employers must provide accurate job postings, comply with all applicable employment laws, conduct fair hiring, and maintain responsibility for hiring decisions.
2. No Guarantee of Candidates
Modern Working Moms LLC does not guarantee candidate quantity, qualifications, or performance. Platform access is provided without warranty.
3. Compliance with Law
Employers must comply with EEO, anti-discrimination, wage and hour laws, and all applicable regulations.
4. No Agency Relationship
Modern Working Moms LLC is not an employment agency and does not act as an employer or recruiter. Employer retains full responsibility.
5. Indemnification
Employers agree to indemnify Modern Working Moms LLC from claims, disputes, damages, or liabilities arising from postings, hiring practices, compensation disputes, or legal violations.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
