You share the details. MWM handles the posting.

Look beyond the résumé gap

Experience doesn’t disappear when life changes.

A career pause or a need for a different schedule can make experienced professionals harder to reach through a traditional search. MWM helps you consider what each candidate has done, what they can contribute, and whether your opportunity fits.

We look at the individual: their work history, demonstrated skills, and goals. That gives you a more useful conversation about the person and the role.

Relevant introductions

A search shaped by your responsibilities and requirements, with candidate context to support your review.

Human review

MWM brings conversations and judgment to the process. A match score alone does not determine an introduction.

Practical work arrangements

Full-time or part-time. Remote, hybrid, or onsite. Start with what your team actually needs.

From hiring need to introduction

A clear process. A personal point of contact.

Employer questions

Do I need to post the job myself?

No. Submit your hiring details and MWM will prepare the posting. Sending a request does not automatically publish a job or commit you to a search.

Does the role have to be remote?

No. Share whether your role is remote, hybrid, or onsite, along with its location and schedule. Flexibility can also mean predictable hours, a part-time schedule, or a supported return to work.

Do candidates need to be returning from a career break?

No. MWM supports mothers at different career stages, including those currently working, changing direction, and returning after time away.

What does MWM verification mean?

Verification reflects MWM’s review of the information available and its internal assessment process. A completed profile or readiness questionnaire alone does not grant verification. We discuss the relevant review status as part of the introduction; employers remain responsible for their hiring requirements.

How many candidates will we meet?

That depends on the role, available talent, and mutual interest. MWM focuses on relevant introductions and discusses the search scope with you, rather than promising a fixed slate for every position.

Can we start with a conversation?

Yes. Email Kimberly with a brief description of your hiring need. You can also submit the request form with the details you already know.
