You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Modern Working Moms provides a platform and related services intended to support moms in career development, flexible job discovery, employer introductions, hiring support, skill-building, and related resources.

We may also provide access to tools, AI-assisted features, templates, third-party resources, training links, job-related content, and communication features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.

Modern Working Moms does not guarantee job placement, job offers, interviews, compensation levels, employer responses, certification outcomes, professional advancement, platform visibility, business results, or any specific outcome from use of the Services.

All hiring decisions, interview decisions, compensation decisions, and employment terms are made solely by third-party employers or users and are outside of our control.

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.

You may submit profile information, resumes, work history, certifications, application materials, communications, notes, comments, and other content ("User Content") through the Services.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, you have the right to submit it, it does not violate the rights of any third party, and it is not unlawful, misleading, defamatory, abusive, or infringing.

By submitting User Content, you grant Modern Working Moms a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, display, process, and share such content as necessary to operate, improve, and provide the Services, including for candidate matching, employer review, communications, and platform administration.

Certain platform features may use artificial intelligence, automation, algorithms, or machine-generated outputs. These features may include, without limitation, resumes, cover letters, career guidance, interview practice, skill recommendations, and matching support.

AI-generated content is provided for informational and educational purposes only and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your needs. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and evaluating any AI-generated content before relying on it or submitting it to any employer or third party.

Use of AI-related features is also subject to our Disclaimer.

Our Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, tools, products, certifications, educational resources, or other services. We do not control and are not responsible for any third-party content, terms, availability, data practices, products, services, or results.

Your use of third-party resources is at your own risk and subject to the applicable third party's terms and policies.

Certain Services may be offered through free or paid memberships, subscription plans, one-time payments, upgraded tools, or other billing arrangements.

By purchasing a paid feature or subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges disclosed at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to change pricing, features, or membership structures at any time. Any such changes will apply prospectively.

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, submit false or fraudulent information, infringe or violate the rights of others, attempt to access data or accounts without authorization, interfere with the operation or security of the Services, use automated means to scrape or harvest platform data, harass or impersonate other users, or post content that is harmful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Any communications, interviews, agreements, transactions, offers, working relationships, or disputes between users and employers or other third parties are solely between those parties.

Modern Working Moms is not responsible for employer conduct, candidate conduct, workplace conditions, compensation disputes, misrepresentations, or any third-party interaction facilitated through the Services.

All platform content, branding, site design, graphics, text, features, workflows, and materials provided by Modern Working Moms, excluding User Content and licensed third-party materials, are owned by or licensed to Modern Working Moms and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, or exploit any part of the Services without prior written permission, except as expressly allowed through normal platform use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of accuracy, availability, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or uninterrupted access.

We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any information, recommendations, or results obtained through the Services will be accurate or satisfactory.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Modern Working Moms LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, employment opportunities, business opportunities, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services.

In no event shall our total liability arising out of or related to the Services exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to us, if any, in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Modern Working Moms LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the platform, or misused the Services.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
